AIDS New Brunswick is committed to supporting those living with and affected by HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, and Sexually transmitted Infections (STBBIs). We understand that there are great challenges, both social and physical, for those infected and affected. We strive to deliver programming to help improve quality of life. Our support programs focus on helping people with STBBIs find proper treatments, social assistance, and the appropriate health clinics and specialists in their area. Additionally, we also provide opportunities for community and peer support, information sharing, skills building workshops, as well as resources on legal issues surrounding HIV/AIDS.

AIDS New Brunswick’s Support Program seeks to:

  1. Increase awareness about care, treatment, and support options through provision of programs, information, and referrals.
  2. Increase access to programs and services for persons living with STBBI’s through provision of services, referrals, development of partnerships, and policies.
  3. Increase awareness among service providers about the care, treatment, and support needs of infected and affected communities through workshops, presentations, materials, and resources.
